At Robonauts India, we take great pride in the quality, customization, and technical expertise that goes into each of our products and services. Due to the nature of our work, we follow a strict no-refund policy. Please ensure you understand our refund terms before confirming any order.
No Refund Policy – All Sales Are Final
We do not offer refunds under normal circumstances. Once a purchase is made, it is considered final and non-refundable.
This applies to all categories including but not limited to:
Custom electronics and robotics kits
Project development services
Educational/training kits and content
Course or workshop enrollments
Why We Don’t Offer Refunds
At Robonauts India, your product or project is not mass-produced or off-the-shelf. Every order involves:
Tailored development specific to your requirement
Hours of manual assembly, wiring, coding, testing, and documentation
Technical resources including component sourcing, skilled labor, and time
Irreversible investment in materials and logistics once the order is placed
Our expert engineers and support staff work tirelessly to ensure the product or project delivered to you is fully functional, tested, and aligned with the expected outcome. Because of this highly customized, human-driven process, refunds simply aren’t viable once the work has begun.
Exceptional Refund Consideration
Though all sales are final, we understand that in rare circumstances, an exception may be required.
Refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional cases:
Duplicate Payment due to technical error (must be verifiable)
Non-Delivery of the product within 30 days (due to internal error, not courier issues)
Such requests must be raised in writing to support@robonautsindia.in within 3 days of identifying the issue. These will be reviewed by our management team and if approved:
Refunds will be processed only via cheque issued in the name of the original purchaser.
The cheque will be dispatched to the registered billing address within 10–15 working days.
No refunds will be made via UPI, bank transfer, digital wallets, or online payment platforms under any circumstances.
Important Notes:
We do not accept return-to-origin shipments unless pre-approved by our team.
If a return is sent without approval, it will be refused at delivery.
Refund requests based on change of mind, academic rejection, or personal preference will not be entertained.
